The Company hereby disclaims that it ITS MANAGERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY EVENT FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES SUFFERED BY ANY USER WHATSOEVER ARISING OR RESULTING FROM THEIR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITES AND ITS CONTENTS.

The Company is not responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; incomplete, garbled, or delayed transmissions. It assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential or psychological damages as a result of visiting or using its website or loss of services, income or welfare resulting from any virus that may infect computer equipment used to access its sites. Terms and Conditions

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.
  • United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and the governing law is the local law.
  • Customers using the website who are Minor/under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of website and shall not transact or use the website.
  • Credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties. 
  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currencies).
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  • User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
  • VAT is a transaction-based tax and is applicable to all products sold by the Company. The standard rate of VAT in the UAE is 5%.
  • The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changes or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

    Delivery/Shipment Policy
    • Delivery charges as applicable based on location.
    • All delivery will be done within 12 calendar days from purchase.
    • Our customer care team will be in touch with the customer to finalize the agreed delivery time. In case the customer is not present during agreed delivery time, extra charges may apply for second delivery attempt.
    • Customer will receive the payment confirmation by email.
    • com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
  • Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
  • Service delivery and other terms and conditions will be in accordance with the invoice received at the time of purchase. 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • the Company has a NO CANCELLATION AND NO REFUND POLICY
  • Refunds will be applicable only if there is a double charge on the card due to a technical issue.
  • Refunds will be done onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
  • Refund, cancellation policy and other terms and conditions will be in accordance with the invoice received at the time of purchase.

 

Exchange and Replacement Policy

THE products of the Company are bespoke, designed and customised specially for the customer based on your requirement

  • We will not be able to exchange unless the product is defective.
  • Any return/replacement/repair for defected products will only be done within ten (10) days from the delivery date with the original Sales Invoice.
  • The product/s must be in unused and unopened condition, with all the original packaging material, accessories, manuals et.al.
  • All in-store purchases and online orders of our product may be returned if the product is in new or gently used condition within ten (10) days from the delivery date with the original Sales Invoice.
  • Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed and acknowledged by the Customer.
  • Customer is required to inspect product/s PRIOR to signing the Proof of Delivery (POD) document and before the delivery agent’s departure. Any product/s delivered, signed and/or accepted and subsequently reported damaged or broken such claims will not qualify for return/replacement/repair.
  • Clearance Items are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
